ISO 9001:2015 eBook
Welcome to Dynamik Management Services ISO 9001:2015 eBook.
The purpose of this eBook is to provide you with the knowledge needed to implement a Management System to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. We take a look into the structure of the ISO 9001:2015 Standard and how the standard fits into your organisation. We go through each requirement in great detail and identify the documents you need to pass an external assessment.
This eBook is perfect for organisations who wish to “tackle” the ISO standard on their own or cannot afford the ongoing costs of a consultant.
Since May 2017, we have worked with over 30 organisations with assisting them to achieve the upgrade to the new standard, based upon the principles contained within this eBook. View some of our testimonials on our “About us” Page.

Dynamik Management Services Ltd have years of experience not only conducting internal and external audits, but auditing the effectiveness of internal audits produced by quality professionals. Internal Audits are carried out to ensure the organisation is meeting the requirements of the British Standards, their own internal requirements and statutory and regulatory requirements. Internal Audits on every aspect of the Management System must be carried out at planned intervals, usually minimum once per annum. The purpose of conducting internal audits is to ensure the implemented policies, procedures and processes are being followed and are effective. The skills of the Internal Auditor are to identify any areas that are effective, are not effective and to identify any causes for concern and any opportunities for improvement. If you are preparing for an external audit by a certification body, internal audits carried out properly will minimise the risk of any nonconformities being identified; saving your company’s reputation, time and money. Take the time and stress out this process by using us today.
